9. The Resolution Project provides lifelong Fellowships to select young leaders, including seed funding, strong advisory support, access to resources, and a community of peers. Resolution invites undergraduates attending host conferences to propose impactful, socially-responsible projects in the Resolution Social Venture Challenge. The Challenge allows participants to build teams and submit plans for innovative social ventures (for-profit or not-for-profit) that address a social problem. The Social Management Immersion Program (SMIF) at the Stanford Graduate School of business subsidizes Stanford MBAs interning with social purpose organizations who would benefit from a summer intern, but cannot afford to pay MBA market rates.Employers conduct their own hiring process. In the event the employer finds a student who is a good fit, the student applies for SMIF funding to supplement the organization’s salary.
