The most challenge of this generation

The best friend of mine Mr Emmanuel Makwaya once told me that, being successful isn't easy so you have to be totally different from this generation, don't follow the crowd,  wow.."why do you tell me that? because I see people are energetic and highly committed to strive for betterment of their lives what's your experiences on this and why you try to discourage us?

Mr makwaya: smiled, "you see people are working very hard but why there is no progress?
I replied that, may be God not blessed them a lot to start doing great things and having such kind of success.

What kind of blessings are you looking for? because I see rain falls every year, I see fertile land, I see people (labours), I see more good things so that they can engage on

Wow, this makes some senses! What a blessing are  waiting for?

He concluded that,
The most challenges of this generation are:
-- they want to read a little but they expect more knowledge
--they want to establish their organizations without volunteering to gain experience
-- they  go to dig, without attending trainings
--they spend most of their time getting engagement in luxuries for example  pretty girls and boys for sexual desires that is why they call some regions that mapenzi yslikozaliwa forgetting that Adam and Eve are first to discover
--they bring high congestion on entertainment that entrepreneurship seminars
--waste most of their time discussing politics without planning what do they can be remembered by coming up with other solutions
