Hello leaders,
Good evening to you all, thanks God today we got a chance to represent our organization at protea hotel organization by UNA and foundation of civil society,
The main theme was, rethinking towards industrialization in Tanzania what's the engagement of youth in decision making,
Much thanks to our presenters including lilian Sechelela Madeje who ran the dialogue to higher levels, much thanks to a lot of leaders heard a bit about positive consultation and they appreciated most what we are doing, *its my hope you all received*
Referring to experience from Zanzibar we saw the potentility of bringing people together especially youth who are the major working group in our country hence board to deal with our matters relating to what we are doing and all needs we demand,
The challenge emerged is that most of youth lacks trust, and to escape this I got a chance to share with other leaders that, *before giving anyone support you must take time to know and learn a lot from him so that, organization, individual or government can ensure that the money to be offered are going to be well utilized*
Its a bit I tried to share with you but remember we need real change makers who are real real passionate yo bring positive impacts to their community,
Maintain self discipline, take and use opportunities professionally and be responsible to your assigned duties,
